Derivation

$x_{c m} = \frac{x d m}{d m}$
$d m = \frac{a}{h} x d x$
$x_{c m} = \frac{(a / h) \int_{0}^{h} x^{2} d x}{(a / h) \int_{0}^{h} x d x}$
